Please reach us at info@22keys.ca if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Your remote videoconferencing link was created as soon as the booking party hit "schedule event" and is found in many places:
Booking Party -- Please check the confirmation email you received when you booked, the reminder email you received in advance of your discovery, and/or the calendar invite. You can also email Winston@22Keys.ca to have him provide you with your links for all upcoming bookings with 22Keys.
Non-Booking Party -- Please check the calendar invite or reach out to the booking party.
Visit our online calendar, select a service, pick an available date and time, enter your info. Once you click "schedule event," your court reporter is confirmed. It's really that easy!
Booking Tip: For Zoom or Teams bookings, use the "add guests" function to add the emails of assistants, counsel, witnesses, and/or interpreters to have them instantly and automatically receive a videoconferencing link.
All BC court reporters with 22Keys are official reporters pursuant to the Official Reporters Regulation of the Court Rules Act.
All Alberta court reporters with 22Keys are certified shorthand reporters pursuant to the Alberta Shorthand Reporters Regulation under the Professional and Occupational Associations Registration Act.
Your confirmation email contains a link to reschedule or cancel your booking. Can't find that email? Send a blank email to Winston@22Keys.ca, and he'll help you manage your booking. Learn more about Winston.
Email info@22Keys.ca to request access. You will receive an initial email inviting you to our tenant space. Accept the invite and follow the directions. You'll receive a second email with your secure link to your transcript folder. To access your transcripts, click the secure link, enter your email, and Microsoft will send you a key to enter in order to access your past and present transcripts. If you've lost your link, you can log in here.
Our updated transcript format and method of billing per character allow us to better represent the work accomplished by the reporter, to reduce our environmental impact, and to increase the convenience of the lawyer. (And, though we may be biased, we think it looks better too.) See the difference.
That is your Microsoft password, and we don't have access to that information. If you don't remember your password, you can click "Forgot Password" to reset it.
No. If you've paid for your etranscript and then decide you want your hard copy at a later date, we'll print it and mail it to you at no extra cost. Learn more about our green initiatives.
We offer in-person discoveries in the Lower Mainland of BC; in Calgary, Alberta; and in St. Paul, Alberta. To save on room fees, our court reporters come to your offices.
If you don't feel like hosting, 22Keys can arrange for a boardroom at a variety of locations in the Greater Vancouver Area -- including but not limited to Downtown Vancouver, Burnaby, and Coquitlam -- and Calgary.
If you're outside the GVA, Calgary, or St. Paul and your local court reporter is unavailable, our reporters can attend in person, subject to travel fees. We otherwise provide remote discoveries across all of BC, Alberta, and Yukon.
Anything cancelled/rescheduled within two business days prior to the scheduled start time is subject to a cancellation/rescheduling fee of $400.
Yes. If your day is greyed out, scroll down the booking page to sign up for our waitlist. You will be sent an email should your selected day open up. But be quick! Everyone else who signed up for that day will also receive an email; and it's first come, first served.
